Travel information

Stockholm Arlanda International airport (www.swedavia.com/arlanda) is located about 35 km south of Uppsala with frequent connections to the city. The airport train is an 18-minute ride from the airport station to Uppsala central station. The airport bus to Uppsala central station (number 801) takes slightly longer, but is cheaper and leaves directly from the Terminals. Buses run frequently from the central station to locations throughout Uppsala. Railway connections include intercity connections from Europe and daily night trains from Berlin/Hamburg, with a change in Stockholm, which is about 40 minutes by train from Uppsala.
